Return Policy Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Some items have an extended 30-day return window — check the product page for details specific to your item.

Standard Returns (14 Days)

  • Items must be undamaged, unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Contact us to initiate a return and receive a return authorization
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Extended Returns (30 Days)

Select suppliers offer a 30-day return window. These items are marked on their product pages. The same condition requirements apply.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene and grooming products (opened)
  • Monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items
  • Custom or built-to-order products
  • Items damaged through normal wear

Restocking Fees

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%). Where applicable, this is noted on the product page.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@breckenhaven.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) where required.
